Acceptance
By using Caregram, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Caregram is — and is not
Caregram is a personal organizer for keeping your family's health information in one place. It is NOT a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always rely on qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. Caregram does not replace professional care or emergency services.
Accuracy of information
Scanning and text recognition are provided for convenience and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any information before relying on it. Do not rely on the app for time-critical or life-critical decisions.
The on-device assistant
Where available, Caregram's assistant is a convenience tool that helps you read, summarize, and organize information you have already entered. It is NOT a medical professional and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, interpretation, dosing guidance, or treatment recommendations. It may produce incomplete or inaccurate summaries; you are responsible for verifying anything important against your original records and your healthcare providers. Never use the assistant to make medical decisions. For any medical question, consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your device secure, and for any sharing you choose to do. If you share a summary or card, you are responsible for who you share it with.
Subscriptions
Premium features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime option, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.
No warranty
Caregram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any health outcomes, data loss, or reliance on information stored in the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
